King of the Hills Project
Scope: 450,000m² of 1.5mm HDPE Liner to Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) Floor and Walls

Project Details: The King of the Hills project involved the installation of a large-scale 1.5mm HDPE liner to the floor and walls of the TSF, providing secure and long-lasting containment for the mining operation’s tailings.
Kathleen Valley Project
Scope: 500,000m² of 1.5mm Smooth and Textured HDPE Liner to TSF Floor and Walls
Client: Liontown Resources
Location: Western Australia
Project Details: This project required the supply and installation of both smooth and textured HDPE liners to ensure secure containment of tailings, meeting the project’s demanding specifications and environmental requirements.
Telfer Gold Mine
Scope: 250,000m² of 1.5mm HDPE Liner to Process Water Dams
Client: Newcrest Mining
Location: Telfer, WA
Project Details: At Telfer, WCLS provided the geomembrane liners for the process water dams, ensuring long-term durability and leak-proof containment for water storage and treatment in the gold mining process.
Alcoa Wagerup
Scope: 1,000,000m² of 1.5mm HDPE Liner to Residue Dams
Client: Alcoa
Location: Wagerup, WA
Project Details: One of the largest projects undertaken, this involved the installation of a massive quantity of 1.5mm HDPE liners to Alcoa’s residue dams, ensuring the safe containment of residual materials from the refining process.
Kalium Lakes
Scope: 400,000m² of 1.0mm HDPE Liner and A34 Geotextile
Client: Kalium Lakes
Location: Western Australia
Project Details: A significant project for the mining and chemical industries, requiring a combination of HDPE liners and geotextile material to provide optimal containment for salt lake brine processing.
Salt Lake Potash
Scope: 500,000m² of 1.5mm HDPE and A64 Geotextile
